British Airways has been named the UK's favourite brand for the third year in a row. The beloved airline has been rewarded for their recent dedication to improving customer service, which was already stellar, and improving themselves and reminding the British why they are one of the most favoured UK brands.
Their rank this year was placed at number one above big names like Apple, Nike and Dyson. The company has made several improvements to their service and they have recently got into the low cost game of inexpensive flights out of Stansted.
They show their cheapest trip return is 98 pounds. Compared to big-name low cost airlines, that is a price that even they haven’t been able to compete with. You cannot find that even with Ryanair and Easyjet. This still announcement seems to be fairly quiet, as not many people have made mention of it.
British Airways will be using their smaller CityFlyer planes to fly out of Stansted. As they continue to remove their planes from London’s City Airport, we will see if the much needed competition will affect prices and customer service. Ryanair has recently made lots of changes to freshen up the airline as well as improving their customer service. British Airways is known for their stellar service.
So the remaining question would be, can British Airways keep up the beloved brand, cheaper prices, and stellar customer service? The only limitation is the fact that the flights are limited and British Airways hasn’t many routes established from Stansted. Well, only time will tell.
