New Radar Reports On Missing Aircraft

Following the disappearance of a Malaysian aircraft MH370, reports indicate that the communication systems of the plane may have been disabled intentionally. The satellite reports were confirmed by Malaysia’s Prime Minister Mr. Najib Razak. The reports indicate that after the communication systems stopped working, the flight followed another route and may have been on air for another seven hours after changing its course. The plane left Kuala Lumpar at 00:40 UK time and at around 01.20 it disappeared from air traffic failing to land at Beijing, its set destination.

The plane which has been missing for a week now had a total of 239 people on it. The investigations have been going on with no concrete explanation of its disappearance. Investigations indicate that the actions after they lost contact seem to have been controlled by someone who was on board. The prime minister did not however confirm it as a kidnapping, insisting that all investigating camps were looking at all possibilities.

The prime minister while speaking at a news conference stated that satellite reports indicate that the systems were shut off just before the aircraft reached the Malaysian east coast. Then afterwards, the aircrafts transponder seems to have been switched off between the Vietnamese and Malaysian border. The Military radar shows that the flight may have headed North West and could have possibly passed through Thailand, India, Nepal, China or Myanmar.

Mr. Razak said that the new information would really help in establishing the fate of the missing flight. He added the investigators were still looking at radar data to re establish the specific path it may have taken. Earlier in the, day a team was sent over the Indian Ocean to carry out investigations following reports that the plane may have been in the air for longer.
